Who is the
UC Center for Entrepreneurship?
The Center for Entrepreneurship was founded in 1997 to provide state-of-the-art entrepreneurship curricula and research while fostering strong community ties in the wider Cincinnati business community. We recognize entrepreneurship as a highly interdisciplinary field of study and support collaborative opportunities to bring audiences of various backgrounds together to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. We believe that everyone has the potential to be an entrepreneur and professionally gain from studying and getting involved in entrepreneurship.

Our Entrepreneur in Residences
Allen is the creative force behind the MORTAR brand, as well as a business consultant and training facilitator for UC students. The MORTOR program, originally intended for aspiring entrepreneurs in Over-The-Rhine, is built around a 15-week course intended to help current and future entrepreneurs construct a “comprehensive business canvas” and learn the details of business management. The program’s objective is to launch companies that generate jobs and circulate dollars locally.
Adam is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Adam co-founded dotloop, a digital documents company that facilitated over $2 trillion in sales volume and was acquired by Zillow Group in 2015 for $108 million.
